RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want our return process to be straightforward and clearly explained. This policy describes the return period, eligibility requirements, return shipping responsibility, and refund process.

30-Day Return Period

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible change-of-mind returns may also be requested during this period, provided the product meets the return conditions described below.

Please contact us before shipping a product back. Do not send a return to our business contact address or to an address shown on the original parcel unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so.

The correct return destination may vary depending on the product and fulfilment location.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, a product should be in its original condition, unused or unworn where applicable, and returned with its original accessories and components.

Original packaging should also be included where reasonably applicable.

We may request an order number or other proof of purchase to verify the transaction.

Certain products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns because of hygiene, safety, customization, or other product-specific considerations. Where a restriction applies, we will explain it during the review of the return request.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable return shipping service. Survival Gears Depot Official cannot accept responsibility for a return shipment that is lost or damaged while being transported back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, appears defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us promptly.

Send your order number together with relevant photographs or other useful information where applicable.

Our team will review the information and provide the appropriate resolution and instructions based on the circumstances.

Refund Process

Once an approved return reaches the designated return location, it will be reviewed.

We will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges, where applicable, are not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to request cancellation of an order, contact us as quickly as possible.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
